The item says backordered, or out of stock.  When can I expect it to be in?

We do everything we can to ensure we always have a full stock.  When we don't, it's either because of an unexpected run on a product, a very large order depleting the current stock, or the availability of the product itself.  Our inventory is kept at real-time, so we assure it will be added as soon as it gets here.  You can always send an email to to inquire.  Very often, a product is only out of stock for less than 7 days at a time.  We order on Friday of every week, and it usually arrives on Wednesday.  (Sometimes things DO happen to impede this flow, but not often.)
