During our busy season between February-October, we are quite busy processing, packing, and shipping orders.  We cannot always stop what we're doing and run to the phone.  Sometimes we can get to the phone, but if we do not, we request you shoot a quick email to kevin@koifoodshack.net with your request, rather than leave a voicemail.  We can respond to your email much quicker than by phone.

It is our policy to no longer accept orders by phone.  We are always happy to answer any questions you might have about our product.
